You might have gathered by now that we’re not like most outbound telemarketing services, but why does it matter? It matters because every time we talk to someone on your behalf, we enhance your brand.

We recognise that in order to gain truly valuable market insight there is no substitute for picking up the phone and talking to people. We also recognise that for many companies this is often time consuming and the expertise is not always in-house.

Nido are a small (15 people) team of intelligent, committed and well motivated consultants who specialise in designing and running targeted, highly qualified and successful telemarketing campaigns on behalf of a huge range of industries.

What really makes us different is our commitment to developing and engaging the people who work here.

We really look after our team. We choose and reward the best, most intelligent and most empathic people. All our employees are permanent, we provide great, ongoing training and our offices in the centre of Brighton are light and beautiful. We work in small groups, we peer-review our work and we encourage everyone to get involved; that's why we have a very low staff turnover which is staggeringly 10 times the industry average!
